1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Options

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Overland Park, KS. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100 within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. This option ensures faster delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee for urgent deliveries.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Important Note:

Please be aware that choosing USPS – Parcel Post or Priority Mail may result in longer delivery times (up to 3+ weeks).
As of Nov 11, 2022, if you select Our Choice of Carriers, we will direct packages to ship using carriers other than USPS to ensure timely delivery.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship products to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries, including but not limited to Canada, Europe, UAE, South America, and Australia. Additional shipping fees apply for international orders, typically ranging from $100-$400, depending on the item and location.

5. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Shipping Fees: International shipping fees range from $100-$400, depending on the item and destination.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by their country upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly based on the destination and customs processing. Please allow extra time for international deliveries.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package.

7. Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. For significant delays or concerns, contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has left our shipping location.

9. Package Loss or Damage

10. Refunds on Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If you receive a defective product and need to return it, we will cover the return shipping costs, but the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

11. In-Store Pickup

For local customers, we offer in-store pickup options. During checkout, you can select this option, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Other Payment Methods: Any other means we deem necessary.

Important Note: Due to the ever-increasing volume of credit card fraud, we require all customers to pay for orders using PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, or any other methods we deem necessary. The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with these payment options. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
